Pineapple Cake
2 Cup Flour
2 Eggs
1 Cup Sugar
2 tsp. Vanilla
2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 - 20 oz. can Crushed Pineapple w/Juice
1 Cup Chopped Walnuts (optional)
(Do Not Drain)
Mix dry ingredients. Add remaining ingredients. Bake in lightly greased
9" x 13" pan at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Frost while still very warm.
Cream Cheese Frosting
8 ounces Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup butter
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
Cream together and spread on cake.
