MACARONI SALAD

1/2 lb ziti or rotelle
1 red onion chopped
1 green pepper chopped
1 red pepper chopped
10 cherry tomatoes sliced in half
2 T FRESH dill minced
2 T parsley chopped
1/2 drained canned corn kernels
1/4 cup mayo ( recipe to follow )
1/4 sour cream
1t salt
1/2 t black pepper
1/2 t mustard
dash of paprika

cook pasta, combine remaining ingredients and toss well with pasta,,,chill for at least 2 hours

MAYO

3 egg yolks
2t kosher salt
2 t white pepper
1/4 t paprika
1 T dijon mustard
1/4 c fresh lemon juice
4 c olive oil

place bowl on a damp towel so it won't move around,,,,place yolks in the blender bowl of food processor, add salt,pepper,paprika,and mustard and whisk scraping down sides of bowl until well blended,,,drizzle with lemon juice, then gradually drizzle in the oil a drop at a time completely incorporating it efore adding more,,,mayo sahould be emulsdified by the time the last third of the oil is being added makes 5 cups
