Irish Cream-Topped Brownie
Brownie Base
1 ( 10.25-oz ) pkg brownie mix
1/4c oil
2Tbsp Irish Cream Liqueur
2 egg
Irish Cream Topping
1 ( 8-oz ) carton ( 1 c) whipping cream
1/4c milk
1/2 ( 3.4-oz) pkg ( 1/4c plus 1 1/2 tsp ) instant vanilla
pudding and pie mix filling
3Tbsp Irish Cream Liqueur
1 ( 1.4 0z ) bar chocolate-covered TOFFEE candy crushed
1) heat oven to 350 degrees,,grease bottom only of 8-inch square pan,,,in large bowl, combine brownie mix, oil,2 Tbsp liqueur and eggs,,,stir with spoon about 50 strokes or until blended...spread batter in greased pan
2) Bake at 350 degrees for 23-26 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean,,,cool one hour or until completely cooled
3) in medium bowl combine whipping cream, milk, pudding mix, and 3 tablespoons liqueur,,,beat at high speed for 4-6 minutes or until soft peaks form,,,spread mixture over cooled brownies,,,sprinkle with crushed candy,,,cover refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving,,,cut into squares
