Chicken Enchiladas
2 13 oz cans chicken breast
1 cup chili salsa
4 oz can chopped green chiles
2 cups heavy whipping cream
2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese
10 8" flour tortillas
Combine salsa, chiles and chicken. Place mixture in tortillas and roll. Place seamside down in a baking dish. Pour whipping cream over top and bake for 45 mins at 350 degrees. Sprinkle cheese on top during last 10 mintues of baking.
