put in skillet or pan and brown with a tspn of cumin and a tspn of chili powder after brown add a i/2 cup of onion chopped fine and a 1/2 cup of peppers also chopped fine peppers arent necessary when the onions turn clear add flour to coat the meat then add water to cover the meat stirring while the flour thickens about an inch over the meat should be sufficient if the liguid doesnt thicken enough then mix a little water and flour together pour into the pan stirring constantly when its as thick as you like turn down the heat and let the pan simmer be sure to stir till the pan is cool soit doesnt burn the bottom serve over rice add salt and pepper to taste
