BUTTERY COD FLORENTINE

1 Lb. frozen Cod filets, thawed & drained
1 (4 oz) can Mushroom pieces and stems
1/3 cup Butter, melted
1 tsp. ground nutmeg
5 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed/drained
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tsp dillweed
1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce

DIRECTIONS:
Place Cod in ungreased 8 x 8 baking dish. Cover with layer of spinach Layer mushrooms over spinach. Sprinkle with cheese (use more if you like). Combine butter, dillweed, nutmeg and hot pepper sauce pour over cheese layer. Sprinkle with bacon. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
